EXPERIENCE 2000 - Present McGregor Clinic - Fort Myers, Florida Executive Director - Increased practice to over 450 active clients - Initiated and completed clinic expansion and relocation - Established community partnerships with area agencies and businesses to promote AIDS awareness - Grants for clinic programs and services - Continued expansion of clinic services to include women's health services, PAC case management, food pantry and library resource area - Plan and coordinate fundraising activities
1999 - 2000 McGregor Clinic - Fort Myers, Florida Clinical Coordinator - Co-founder of first client-designed, client-governed clinic for HIV/AIDS - Establish and maintain clinic protocols for patient care - Establish volunteer program - Developed partnership and protocols with Phoenix Center (Rape Crisis Unit) for PEP treatment and medical follow-up for rape victims - Expansion of clinic services to include Ryan White case management, "Clothes Closet" for clients and families, support group, HIV testing and counseling - Developed and continue to provide education and awareness programs for local schools and civic groups

1995 - 1997 Lee County Health Department - Fort Myers, Florida Registered Nurse Senior Community Health Nurse - OPS - Field nurse in "Shots for Tots" program - Clinic nurse in various clinic including well-baby, sick child and adult primary care - HIV case management, including clinic at the McGregor site
