Dining Out For Life (DOFL) Cape Coral–Fort Myers returns on Thursday, April 30, 2026, uniting the community for a single powerful purpose: to support compassionate HIV care, prevention, and essential services throughout Southwest Florida. On this day, participating restaurants will donate a portion of their sales to support The McGregor Clinic’s medical services, case management, food pantry, transportation assistance, and community education programs. When you dine, you give—and every meal makes an impact.
