Dining Out For Life (DOFL) Cape Coral–Fort Myers returns on Thursday, April 30, 2026, uniting the community for a single powerful purpose: to support compassionate HIV care, prevention, and essential services throughout Southwest Florida.
On this day, participating restaurants will donate a portion of their sales to support The McGregor Clinic’s medical services, case management, food pantry, transportation assistance, and community education programs.
