Who do I contact if I have a question regarding my statement?

If I receive a statement does that mean I owe the balance?
Yes, if you receive a statement with a patient due balance, you are responsible. If you feel you do not owe the balance, please contact the Billing Department at 239-334-9555 so that we may assist you with your billing questions.
What if I cannot pay my entire bill?
Please contact our Billing Department at 239-334-9555 as soon as possible to speak with a representative to set up a payment plan. Also, they can guide you through the assistance programs offered by our clinic that may be able to assist you with your future out of pocket costs.
Will you bill my secondary insurance?
Yes. Once your primary insurance carrier has made their payment, we will file a claim with your secondary insurance carrier.
What if I receive an invoice for my lab work from Labcorp or Quest?
Please contact our Billing Department at 239-334-9555 as soon as possible to discuss your invoice. A copy of the invoice may be requested so further guidance can be provided.
What insurance plans is McGregor Clinic participating with?
The McGregor Clinic continually seeks to contract with new insurance companies to expand our ability to provide the best care possible to our patients.

How can I make a payment for my outstanding balance to the clinic?
A payment for any outstanding balance can be paid via credit card, cash, check, or money order. Payments can be processed with our reception team over the phone or in office. Also, payments can be made here.
Please note you will need to contact the clinic to Make a Payment via the website so your “Patient ID / Chart #” can be provided to you.
